This weekend we will be able to clear our backlog, so things will be going back to normal again without any more delays in dispatching your order. Thank you for your patience during all of this.
Due to the current recommendations by the UK government, we have reduced the number of staff working at our warehouse. All orders will now have a week delay for us to dispatch.

We know that many people are worried about their own health and that of their loved ones. Now more than ever, people are looking into health products to strengthen their immune systems.
As a small specialist company with only a handful of employees shipping worldwide, the demand for our products has never been greater. Unfortunately, the backlog means that all orders are delayed by at least 2-5 days. Next Day delivery options continue to get priority, but these too are delayed. We recommend you select this option if you require something sooner.
We have extra shifts on and are currently working through the weekends to get as much out as possible - and really appreciate your patience during these testing times. However, to maintain social distancing, we have fewer staff on now during normal working hours. Please bear with us.
As the demand for our health products has soared in the past 3 weeks, this has put a greater strain on some of our suppliers who are out of stock. Some prices have also increased to help cover the increased production costs for extra staff and machinery. A weak Pound hasn't helped either. Although we are trying to limit the increases in price as much as possible, we would encourage everyone to buy only what they need. Stockpiling supplements makes the situation worse for everyone.
