Subscription Service Terms & Conditions

Subscription Discounts
Subscribe & Save discounts are offered to customers intending to receive products on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you agree to maintain an active subscription beyond the initial order.

Minimum Commitment
To qualify for and retain any subscription discount, a minimum of 2 fulfilled subscription orders (including the first order) is required.

Cancellation Policy
Subscriptions can be modified or cancelled at any time. However, if cancelled before the minimum 2 orders are fulfilled, we reserve the right to remove the discount applied to the initial order and charge the difference to the standard retail price. If you contact us, we may review early cancellations on a case-by-case basis.

Fair Use
The subscription service is intended for genuine ongoing use. Misuse includes repeatedly cancelling after the first order to obtain discounts, creating multiple accounts to access promotional pricing, or attempting to bypass the purpose of the programme. We may take action where misuse is identified, including cancelling subscriptions, restricting access, or recovering discounts.

Monitoring & Changes
We reserve the right to monitor subscription activity, enforce these terms, and update them at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
