Handcrafted in small batches from wild cod (Gadus morhua), the oil is carefully extracted using a method that avoids the use of heat, chemicals or mechanical processes.  This ensures the oils retain the exceptionally rich nutrient profile, and that the delicate fatty acids and naturally occuring vitamins remain intact.

Rosita Real Foods is committed to sustainability.  The wild cod is exclusively sourced from the pristine waters of Norway, using hook and line on Rosita's own boats, a traditional method known for its sustainability and minimal impact on marine ecosystems. 

Wild and raw from fresh Norwegian cod livers. No heat or chemicals are used in the processing of this oil and it is approved as a food supplement. It is handcrafted in small batches with only its naturally occurring Vitamins A and D.

Rosita Extra Virgin fish oils are tested by using the following leading European Insitutes (listed below) to make sure the products are pure, fresh and clean.

Each batch undergoes rigorous testing for heavy metals, organic contaminants, oxidation, bacteria, microplastics, and radioactivity. Test results are available upon request.

To ensure product freshness during shipping, all Rosita liquid bottles are nitrogen-flushed and sealed, minimising the impact of temperature changes. So, even if the bottle arrives warm, the product should still be fresh as heat can only influence the freshness of the oil if there is oxygen in the bottle. However, please be sure to refrigerate the EVCLO liquid oil and to wait until it has reached fridge temperature BEFORE opening it.
