How do you get the full serving of vegetables?

The vegetable servings are equivalent to the average vitamin A (beta-carotene) mcg content of one serving of this vegetable blend calculated by the USDA database.

I thought greens powders were bad because of the oxalates?

Greens powders aren’t bad, most just haven’t taken the steps to reduce the effects of oxalates. This anti-nutrient interferes with the absorption of important minerals and may create challenges in the body. Based on research, Bulletproof have included calcium in this product to help bind with oxalates in the gut so they are less likely to decrease absorption of minerals or get into your body. This helps you get the most nutrients out of this product while decreasing any effects from anti-nutrients.
