Suggested Use

Shake well before use. Take 5ml (1 x teaspoon) of Vitamin C per day and 2.5ml of Vitamin D3 & K2 per day.

Can be taken directly or mixed with a cold drink, juice, or smoothie. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Take in the morning on an empty stomach. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
