Suggested Use

Dependent on your personal taste fill your Neubria shaker with 250-400ml of cold water, add one rounded scoop (8g) of Cognifuel, shake well and enjoy. We recommend one serving of Cognifuel either at breakfast or after lunch, do not take on an empty stomach. Do not exceed two servings of Cognifuel daily.
