Organic Instant Coffee
The coffee used is shade-grown, organic coffee grown in the volcanic soil of the Sierra Madre de Chiapas highlands in Mexico. After carefully roasting and brewing the beans, the coffee is concentrated using evaporation, and finished off by spray-drying into a pure instant powder.
