From our own personal experience and countless reviews we've received from customers, the health benefits from taking half a ml (0.5ml) from 6 months to a year and then 1ml from a year onwards are incredible. Action Heroes tastes great – you can just pop a drop into your child’s mouth straight from the syringe. It’s best to give Action Heroes to children at mealtimes. It’s easier to make it a fun habit this way, and the omega-3 is better absorbed alongside food. For the very reluctant, just mix it into anything cold: juice, a smoothie, yogurt or salad dressing.
